Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Denim Vistara will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.denimvistara.in subject to the following conditions. Apply for exchange within 48 hr date of delivery. Products can be exchanged within 10-15 days from the date of delivery. The exchange can be done through online store

Exchange Process

An intimation mail is sent to us at sale@denimvistara.in The product being fresh ,unused, unaltered. and would be inspected by the team. Presence of invoice and the tag intact with the piece. Entire amount of the product exchanged , to be used. Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher. We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online. The existing piece should be sent to our head office thane at your cost. A new purchase has to be made with the desired changes. Once the New purchase is done kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange . Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will check the product is unused and unaltered. After the product is verified, we will make the refund at the earliest.
